ACCOMMODATION

Beaches and Bays Guest Accommodation offers clean, comfortable units in a friendly and homely atmosphere and is owner managed.  We have lived in this house and area for many years and would not live any where else as we totally enjoy our suburb and all it has to offer.

Our occupancy for guests started about 4/5 years ago and we have had many holiday and business guests staying here from different parts of the country and from around the world who have expressed their satisfaction with the accommodation and service they have received. Guests have returned and others have recommended our establishment to family, friends and collegues.

We rate everything as A1. The clean, tidy accommodation was great

Unit 1

Family unit is a large open plan unit with Queen size bed, lounge/diner, TV, DVD player for your own DVD's,equipped kitchenette including 2 plate hotplate, iron & ironing board, fridge freezer, microwave and shower facilities as well as a small bedroom having 2 twin beds.
Sleeps 2 or 4

There are 3 separate units attached to the main house, all private with their own separate  entrances and facilities.
The premises and gardens have a relaxed, homely and secure setting.

The accommodation is spacious, airy and sunny even on some days in winter as the Cape can experience mild winters with warm sunny days.

There is a swimming pool with security pool fencing surround with lockable gates, a barbecue/braai area, covered shaded patios and a tropical style garden for you as our guests to enjoy. The family unit has a small lock up garden and yard/courtyard.   We cater for the single person, couples as well as families.

Unit 2

Bachelor unit is an open plan unit with a double bed and a double sleeper couch. Kitchenette equipped with a 2 plate hotplate/pots, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery, iron  ironing board, kettle and a toaster, electric frypan. T.V and DVD player for your own DVD's.

Private with own shower facilities and separate entrance.

  • This unit has 3 rooms – 1 main bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds overlooking main garden and the third room has the shower facilities and t.v with a diner set as well as a double sleeper couch.
  • It is equipped for “light self catering” with a small food preparation and washing up area and has a microwave oven, fridge freezer, crockery cutlery, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan,iron & ironing board, TV and DVD player for your own DVD's, diner set in the 3rd room. Excludes pots, pan and electric hotplate therefore it is ideal for guests who do not wish to cook.

As we strive for a relaxed and quiet atmosphere on the premises we respectfully request and regret that no pets are allowed at any time onto the premises as we are an animal free household. We also discourage any parties/functions of any kind to be held on the premises. These conditions have been greatly appreciated by so many of our guests who have stayed here in the past.
No smoking in the rooms.
